  • Fine interview with a young panist.

I expect great things from this young generation of New York panists who , while growing up in the culture , can take advantage of the opportunities presented in a metropolis like New York.

I do not know her grandmother Glenda Glamory personally , but I do know that she's one of the most influential and active proponents of steelpan culture in the US ,so Danielle has great cultural bloodlines.

Best of luck to her in her endeavors.

  • Young lady, pursue your pan dreams to the max!!!  When I was your age, every night my father taking me out the panyard because he didn't want me playing, and the next night ah back in it. When I asked for some money to buy some cloth for my panorama pants he give up and Ah playing since-40 plus years.

  • Best of luck with your studies young lady.

    • Cecil: Like somebody finally agree with me -- MORE NOISE THAN MUSIC!!! I don't know when all these talented young WOMEN IN PAN (who get featured on this forum) will start COMPOSING some MUSIC that could get MY ATTENTION!!!

Like you go dead before PAN come back on ROAD and I go dead before one of these "TALENTS" compose a meaningful piece of MUSIC.

      • Boy Claude, you could spoil hogfood!  So negative!! Why it always have to be about you???
