Saint Lucia, W.I. - SM Steel out of Canaries is first up in the music throwdown that is Saint Lucia’s annual steelband Panorama competition coming off July 7. The five steel orchestras competing on the national stage ‘pulled’ for their playing positions on the morning of Thursday June 27 during the Vaval Central program on Radio Caribbean International.
