By the time the SOE ends in NOVEMBER (if the DELTA VARIANT does not upset the apple cart) it will be too late for CARNIVAL. And with the SOE running through the normal PAN TRINBAGO ELECTION PERIOD, BEVERLEY will have a very good excuse to postpone the elections and hold on to the $27,500 a month salary til THE DEVIL KNOWS WHEN.
A lot of businesses are going to go bankrupt with this extension of the SOE -- but (clearly) that is THE PLAN. Hope this whole thing does not boil over into SOCIAL UNREST.
