All the stories you hear coming out of PAN TRINBAGO over the past decades is about INTERNAL WAR and NO FORWARD PROGRESS could blossom under such circumstances.

Everybody is thinking about POWER and PERSONAL GAIN and EGO GRATIFICATION and nobody is thinking about bringing the MOVEMENT FORWARD.
