On November 5th 2016, XL4PAN was truly blessed to launch our group and Belmont Street Festival at our offices # 24 Erthig Road, Belmont.
We were truly blessed to have perfect weather conditions.
We were truly blessed to have the permission of the Police, to block off the roadway for the Street Festival.
We were truly blessed to have the support and patience of the surrounding neighbors who were inconvenienced, but were delighted with the sweet sounds of the Steelpan, the Rhythm Section, and the Hip-Hop and Soca Artistes.
We were truly blessed to have the team work in place, our executive board members, so we could host such an event.
We were truly blessed to have Ms Denise L.J. Hernandez as M.C. thanks Denise

Street festival without people? Something is wrong, looks like the performers outnumber the spectators Not sure if the crime situation is causing this scantiness. I believe it's OK for me to mention during the daytime now.

Cecil: If XL4PAN was like the PAN TRINBAGO leader they would have sent you and me FIRST CLASS TICKETS and HYATT accommodations and transportation in a BMW or AUDI SUV for this Belmont Street Festival. But it is good to see them getting off the ground with such vigor and passion and purpose.
