I was born on the island of Antigua and also lived in the neighboring island of Dominica. On both islands I've been exposed to the sounds of the steel pan. I find this genre of music very enticing, and uplifts the spirit.
I lived in NY for 23 years and since then have made Atlanta my home. I hope to see more steel pan competitions and performances int he Atlanta area.
