Love steel pan music. My wife and I are in two steel bands and we have enjoyed some wonderful experiences and made some great friends as a result. It has become a major part of our lives. Although relatively new to Australia, thanks to a friend called Rita Seethaler, steel pan music is capturing an ever growing following. The first ever Australian Steel Band Festival is to be held in Marysville from the 12th to the 14th April 2013. For more info: www.ozpans.com
