The Pan People that makes money in Pan Alive are the arrangers and Turners, not the Players. You are a Tuner and you know the cost of steelpans, the hand-out given to OSA by the FMC is not sufficient and dose not encourage improvement of steelpan in Canada. This is a private message to you, because of my respect for you. Pan is Alive but in a very poor state in Canada. I can give the background of the funding to the steelbands, however, I will firstly, give OSA a chance to out-line their reasons for the State of Steelpan affairs In Canada.
