Past Director of Music for the Trinidad & Tobago Defence Force Band from 1972 to 1988.. Musical Director and Arranger for T & TEC Power Stars from 1971 to 1990. Musical Director and Arranger for T & TEC Tobago East Side Steel Orchestra, now Tobago East Side New Dimension Steel Orchestra from 1984 to 2000. ( The First Tobago Steel band to qualify for the National Semi-final Panorama at the Queen's Park Savannah and Final in 1986. and dominated the Panoramas in Tobago from 85 to 99) Trained the first Nigerian Steel band from the Nigerian Army in 1976. Toured with T&TEC Power Stars to Canada Grape & Wine Festival in 1973, Nigeria Trade Fair in 1977 in Lagos, Effe and Ibadon and USA New York, at Medga Evans College in 1997. Toured as Conductor for Desperadoes to USA, New York, Washington and San Francisco 1993. Developed and Coordinated the HYPE Music Training Programme at 6 Centres throughout Trinidad and Tobago from 2002 to 2011. At Present Part Time Music Lecturer at The University of the West Indies, from 1996.
