I have had a extensive career inthe field of Arts and Culture in Trinidad and Tobago. I served as the Director of Culture from 2007- 2008 until my retirement in 2008. I have worked with Pan Trinbago on numerous projects including the World Steelband Festival as a member of the Cabinet appointed Festival Organsing Committee. At present I served as the Cultural Attache to the High Commision of Trinidad and Tobago in Pretoria, South Africa.
