You say "we need to develop a plan to save our band from this blatant mismanagement." That sounds like an attempted coup.....LOL!
I will like to assist in bringing the Organization to First WorlD-First WorlD status insteaD of First WorlD-ThirD WorlD status.
I will also like to assist with ensuring yearly activities/programmes to keep the family bonded -- road members, community members and supporters and win back our co-operative visitors to the yard.
I just got the opportunity to read, with intent, your full piece. It takes people with a certain calibre of thinking/mindset to easily and clearly comprehend your scope of justifying the position in question.
I have also written on the issue and being aware that we write to the world and not to our world, subjectivity or illiteracy factors in of which I understand, welcome and respond to categorically. And sometimes, it's actually great when the 'differently able'-thinking respond, because there is an opportunity to help them broaden their horizons of thought process, and at the same time, tap in to our deeper levels of potential to relate (well) to adversity and diversity. It's a strength!!
So we know that some of the members have now resided with other bands to strengthen their side for finals, and we wish them well.
We are going to enjoy the show....may the best band win!
