It's so great to have good cargo on board. Always been a captain steering the course, aggressive knoting the course and finally arriving at distination. Happy birthday glad to have you on board the "WST"
I was so pleased to see your name on the WST site...its been a long time since I last saw you and yes you had just returned from the Officers course at Sandhurst around 1962/63/64???!!! I am glad that you just said yes to being my friend because after the event in 1970 I never heard about you again.......I moved to the UK 30 years ago despite flying to and fro between London and Trinidad as my ex husband was a BWIA Pilot....I have two children ...Richard who you may have met when he was 2 and Penny who you may not have known...I have 4 grandchildren....3 of whom live in FRance with Penny and her husband..Richard and his wife live in the Middle East and my eldest grandaughter 14 is at school in Yorkshire, boarding....I remember meeting you at the officers mess at Tetron Bay around 1965 just before I joined BWIA.....my maiden name was Edwards...I was the eldest......the rest is history......stay in touch that was very nice of you to reply as I wondered if you might have remembered my married name...!!!! now I have put you into the picture..perhaps you can tell me about your family as well......!! Love from Charlotte xx
