JAMMZ ; I am going to X PLAIN !!! something too U for the very last time, because it seems as though U R a CONTROL FREEK, always telling people what they should, and how they should do it, so PAY ATTENTION OK, so here goes, we at SNSE registered the Design Patent for, and in the name of Anthony Williams to protect it because we knew what we HAD, and one day someone will attempt to INFRINGE, COPY or FORGE, we just did'nt know WHO, WHEN, or WHERE, we never had a problem with anyone tuning/using/copying it , not untill Trevor King and Brian Copeland went and Patent it as their own, which happens to be Infringing, Tampering and Interfearence, knowing that it was already Patented here in Trinidad & Tobago, implementing willful infringment, that is what P///// US OFF, especially I, because I had work with Anthony Williams on the "Big Tenor Pan" since 1964, but mostly Brian Copeland alleged first of it's kind Genesis or G-pan, which happens to be "Williams/SNSE's Big Tenor Pan" made in 1968, identical in size and assesment notes order, because what he Copeland did was NOT about the development of the instrument, but instead it was about money, the then Government gave $34.5 million US dollars, U know when it dont say TT dollars, it's US money, to develop an instrument that had already been completely developed since 1968, the same pans U hear on the "Ivory and Steel" album, the Pan was A DECOY to get to the money, but the PRIVY COUNCIL, sometime this year, will be our next step for that WILLFUL INFRINGMENT, where you cannot Patent anything that has already been Patented, by someone else, any part of the world, identical or simular ...
And as for Dr. Eric Williams, how can U say such a thing, U must be nuts? let me tell U, a brief story, the first time I met Dr Williams was at the 1962 Independance Ball where he greated me as the little fellow in the band, the second time I met Dr.Williams was at a PNM meeting at St James Boy's School, after we won the 1964 Panorama, that was just before we appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show in the US, I was the onstage leader, or drill master conductor, counting the band to start etc, while on a break, Dr Williams seek me out introducing him self to me again, he remembered me, the conversation was about the Steel Pan being a Curriculum in the schools, I replied YES SIR, that can be accomplished with Anthony Williams assistance, only thing is, he's not here, but we can make arrange for him to come and see U about it, the next meeting was a week later at our pan ward on Bombay Street, with his security, I have photo's of Dr Williams in the pan yard, speaking with Anthony Williams, David de la Rosa, and myself, how could U say that Dr Eric Williams do not like pan? some years later Williams was on said project along with Bertie Marshall, Williams later abandon the project when he informed Dr Eric Williams that, Rudolph Charles along with Marshall was sabotaging his designs, removing, copying and even destroying them, out of these designs was where Charles got the "Rocket Bass", but by1968, Williams Quadrophonic Cellos and the "Big Tenor pan" was already here...
JAMMZ again; the 4ths & 5ths technology was registered as a Design Patent through the Trademark Office, at the Red House in Port of Spain Trinidad, 18th september 1963, therefore, it is a Design, it is a Patent, and it is a Trademark registration, now Design Law, Patent Law and Trademark Laws are within the Copyright Act Jurisdiction, can U understand that? JAMMZ; again U know's not of what U speak, Ellie was not the first tuner to concave the pan, Carlton "sonny" Roach was in 1939, where the constant beating on the tin pans concaved it, if U take a stick and beat on any pan for a long period of time, it will concave, U of all persons should know this, I have documented photo's of several band's, in this case "Oval Boy's" in 1947, with concave pans and the groove painted in white, Ellie did'nt make the them, because he was not tuning as yet, in the footage he was playing a "dud doop" the tuner of those pan's was Ellie's nephew Herman Gomez, who designed the so called Invaders tenor pan...

WHAT Ellie Mannette design? if U R refering to the double seconds, that too was invented by Williams in 1950, Ellie forged it while they were with TASPO in 1951 implementing plagirism, Williams created these voices of instruments to broaden/widen the range of the Steel Band emsemble, he knew about this as he was a member of the St Mary's Church choirin St James, the only instrument Ellie Mannette design is the "Quad Duet" what wver that is, the Invaders tenor with the F# in the middle was design by his brother "Qssie Mannette" and his nephew "Herman Gomez", in 1947...
And JAMMZ; this is about PRINCIPAL for the MAN, and RESPECT for the INSTRUMENT, not financial reward, any money that is made from this will go towards the ANTHONY WILLIAMS FOUNDATION, for ACADEMIC SCHOLASHIPS like the inventors CARLTON ROACH scholaship, the NEVIL JULES scholaship, the PERCY THOMAS scholaship, and of cost the ANTHONY WILLIAMS scholarship and others etc, to attend other University's to enhance their music knowledge...
