Resident of Success Village and lived through the glory years of Bertie Marshall's Highlanders of the 60's. Assisted in securing the name change of the Old St. Joseph Road to Bertie Marshall Boulevard. Currently involved in the rebuilding of the band, including the securing of a permanent home for the band at the corner of the Eastern Main Road and William Street, Success Village, Laventille. Researching the history of the band for publication on the band's website. Assistance is welcome. This is an attempt to rebuild Highlanders and establish the band as a progressive and viable organization in the Success Village, laventille community.
