Pan tuner and arranger. Played with Phase II in 1989. Co-founded Panyard, Inc. In 1990. Developed the solid hoop steelpan with fellow tuner Steve Lawrie. Now teaching a 30 member Christian steelband in Ohio called Heavenly Metal. Runs an annual pan festival called the Ohio Valley Festival of Steel.
