I heard Boogsie say ''I was born in a panyard" I know what that feels like, and suddenly from the start, its a 'way of life'. My first love is bass, rhythm and groove, but I saw more potential with the steeldrum when I migrated to the US, being the son of Hugh Borde (Trinidad Tripoli Steelband) did have some impact, I believe vision with a passion for sharing and learning has kept me 'in the game'. I have lived as a panman since I8 yrs to this current time, I have 37 yrs invested and i am still loving the sacred drum, my 'partner for life'.
