Born at the General Hospital in Port-of-Spain,Trinidad.Came to New York in 1968.Joined US Army in 1969 and retired from the Army in 1992.Joined the Federal Government and retired from them in 2013.Married a Trini woman since 1974,We live in Tampa.,FL .We are both fully retired and we like WST.
