I remember Mus Mus. He played tenor pan, if I remember correctly. Years later I met my old friend Teddy Loco in St croix, he was running a club and would bring calypsonians like Chalkie and Short Pants to St Croix.
He had a good thing there for a while, but he returned to T&T and has since passed away.
Old Picket still beating bass in Boston.
I see that you're doing some pan tuning yourself, I'm tempted to get me a tenor pan.
BTW, who arranged Mr Prospect for Silvertones? That was a fine arrangement.
Thanks for your comments. It's up to us who've been around to put our experiences and knowlege on the historical record..Some of the best times in my life were in pan.
I knew Allan and Errol, and one of the things I liked about 'Tones was the sweet pan.
You seem to be doing your piece, congratulations.
BTW, didn't Allan do some arranging for Silvertones? I seem to remember that he did, but I'm not sure.
Remember "Mr. Prospect"? They rocked Sando with that tune.

I wish the 67 music festival was recorded, then I would have gotten it.
Did you see the picture of Boy Grant and Johnny Cool that I posted?
I should know you. I was with Silvertones 67 to 68 until I left for St Croix. I know all the fellas you mentioned.
Peasey was ill and no longer with the band, Zephrine was captain, and kenrick "Kicker " George was the arranger,
He did a fine Panorama arrangement of Kitch's . "Miss Tourist"
I was on tenor bass.
