Terry,
Yes, I noticed Lt.Joseph Griffith and Ellie Mannette; that is why I staed 1951.
Ok Tery i,m much obliged to know that you weren,t one of those with the warish atitude, nevertheless to inform you of the quality of Hindustani music from Suriname is that the Hindustanis /Indians migrateto Holland/nederland,,enroll in a Music School and trust me Holland has a few top ranking music schools, after their internship they automatically become professioanls,,return back to Suriname or remain in Holland and do their thing,,now there is a great difference of quality and arrangement comparing those of Guyana and T&T Indian Music,at a later date or stage i would try to send you an email address of a a few Surianame Indian Radio Stations where you can possibly go further from there , my respect and God Bless.
Thank you Terry.
Hello Terry,
This was the first recordings of the Steel Orchestra music Festival competition.
Classical recordings were done before, but by individual Steel Orchestras.
Thanks for the Info .
I'm so grateful for your generosity in sharing your music collection with me and allowing me to share it with others.
Much of the rare stuff that I've posted recently have come from your collection, and myself everyone who enjoys them are forever in your debt..
Thank you very much, my friend.
