  Pan is not Vex Music, it is an art-form possessed with happiness and joy. The confusion we are faced with today, is not from the orchestras but the organizations we select to govern pan. Yes, to govern and not to Run pan down.

  You don't have to speak the language to communicate with music (not any kind of music, pan music). In 2004 Melodians (UK) played before a North Korean audience with much appreciation - Can pan succeed where politicians failed? Just imagine a narrative change from the missile coming, to the 'Thunder coming' on Steel...I say, make Kim a Pan Jumby instead of paranoid.
