Ah Goin’ an Party Tonight was composed by the late Clive Bradley in 1982, . This calypso tune was made popular by him and calypsonian Lord Nelson from Trinidad and Tobago. Kendall adapted it for the steel band in an interpretation of classical form. This performance was at the Composers OutFront! concert at the Frederick Loewe Theatre in New York.
