  Such a talented man.  I met Billy Ocean many years ago during the Nottinghill Carnival (I have the photo to prove it!)   He's one of the nicest people in showbiz.  Really down to earth.  You can usually spot him in Ebony Steel Orchestra during panorama and on parade during the Nottinghill Carnival.
