Don Mellow was the lead singer of the Trinidad Steel Band, which was a good-selling Act in Europe in the 80´s. Now he is back as a Solo Artist with his second Album "Deep in my heart", produced an released in Germany. Don Mellow, a real professional when it comes to making music, doesn't leave his audience sitting wherever he's performing. On the stage and in the studio a perfectionist with music running through his veins. He amazes his audience when he swirls, dances, sings and swings on the stage, sometimes with percussion, sometimes with the guitar..... The education at the International School for Musical-Entertainment has left its marks.

    The Original Trinidad Steel Band was a group of veteran panmen from Trinidad who formed an eight man group that successfully toured and performed in Europe in the late sixties and seventies.

    The band was led by Winston Jones, and included Cecil "Coy" Forde, one of the founding members of Invaders Steel orchestra.

    This is really good, pan people, check it out

    And by the way, the tune is " Please don't let me be misunderstood", which was a hit for the English group "The Animals" in the 1960s.

    Reno, Steve Springer & Emile, do you recognize anyone in this video??? The clue is - a silver outfit near the beginning, playing pan.
