Moments like these make us proud and gives us hope that the steelpan is enjoyed and appreciated by the young ones. BP Renegades recently established a partnership with St Bernadette’s Prep School as the school introduced steelpan as one of their extra curricular activities. In less than 3 months and with practice taking place once a week, teacher and arranger, Darrielle Mylan-Charles, member of the senior band, worked with these kids who never played the instrument before. Congratulations to Darrielle for successfully having the kids confident and prepared to play for their teachers, schoolmates and family at the school’s Christmas concert. Thank you to St Bernadette’s Prep for trusting in BP Renegades to teach your kids.
