I really like this report on Nicole Ferdinand's research and Prof. Postma's insights. This video inspires me to invite my fellow board members of our national Steelband Association PANZ to take a similar approach for the planning of future Australian Steelband Festivals - thank you Notting Hill Carnival workshop organisers and participants for sharing your approach and your experience ... and best of luck to Nicole for her PhD!
