This is a WST news and reference clip of CASYM Steel Orchestra's performance at the New York 2013 Panorama. The audio is poor and not truly representative of CASYM's sound. There was much leakage from the sound system - which was awful. 100 players performed this Duvone Stewart arrangement of "Fantastic Friday". CASYM stands for Caribbean American Sports and Cultural Youth Movement. Been a member for 30 years string and proud the new generation is keeping CASYM and they culture alive... Congrats CASYM. So proud of you all and Duvon great arrangement outstanding work.

Compliments to CASYM on winning Panorama 2013. Congrats also to the other nine bands. Air play on my morning radio show is guaranteed. Oh can someone tell me what CASYM actually spells out to be. Keep the sounds of steel ringing

I congratulate the CASYM steel orchestra for capturing another panorama win. Duvone Stuart demonstrated clearly that he is a highly competent arranger. The skill sets of the CASYM steel orchestra players are superior to all the other bands that competed. The root of CASYM success is in their management. They have a devoted captain and I predict that they will win panorama again in 2014. Again, congratulation to CASYM and to captain Tavis Roberts.
