This was Desperadoes' 7th album of the 10 they did up to 1981. I was present at his recording session at NYC in January of 1971. The band came up to New York in April 1970; they departed for Trinidad a week after this recording. Only 14 members performed on this recording; 2-tenors, 1-double tenor, 3-seconds, 1-guitar, 2-tenor bass, 2-bass and 3 pieces of percussion. Robert and Towine co-arranged 7 of these 10 pieces.
