  Follow up to my my last comment. I meant to state Desperadoes not coming third tonight.

  1993 was one of the best Panoramas in my opinion. Robert changed over a quarter of the arrangements after the semi finals. Back in 1993 the semis took place on the Thursday before the finals. Desperadoes finished the new parts late that Saturday Morning.

  The band played at the #6 position and I felt satisfied, believing that they had the 3rd place lucked up.             All Stars followed Desperadoes and about 6 minutes in the tune, All Stars had both the Grand  Stand and the North Stand rocking. I said to myself , Desperadoes is not coming second tonight. When All Stars finished performing "Dus in Yuh Face," the place went wild. The patrons kept shouting no! no! they did not want All Stars to stop. The North and Grandstands continued cheering for almost a minute. That was the only time that a  Steel Orchestra received that much growd response and did not win the panorama.                            Renegades beat phase II by 1.5 points that year; All Stars placed 3rd, beating Despeardoes by1/2 a point.
