  How was it possible for the judges to give Starlift the win over Cavaliers?. Oh, I forgot, Cavaliers was a South band.

  Even after 45 years I still get goose bumps from the ending. I dare anyone to listen to both tunes back to back as I did at this writing and see if you don't come the conclusion. Cavaliers were robbed of the third championship.

  Sweet Pan Yes...South pan side was the best but was always robbed..I actually listened to Guinness play late into the night on my bed..in P/Ville.

  Back then we were not allowed in the pan yard.always proud of this band...

  This album cover actually features Guinness Cavaliers, and that would be Bobby in the middle with the white shirt!

  " Mama Dis Is Pan ". The Intro alone is ah Winner far less de rest ah de tune . De Judges say dey 2nd but de People's Choice say Guinnes Cavaliers . Just hear dat applause  and roar at the end . It tells you all . Thanks to Bobby and de Cavaliers Crew for  You will always be amongst our Heroes .

  Cavaliers placed 2nd with this tune in 1969. Mr. Lennox "Bobby" Mohamed, (yes this is how he spells it) and the band were the most successful team at Panorama in the sixties, with (2) victories and (2) seconds.
  They also placed third (3) times at the Music Frstivals of the sixties.
