My complements to the Guyana Police Force Steel Orchestra the performance was very good only a distortion caused by the supporting crowd my regards to presumably Inspector of Police Mr Aubrey Cadogan /also a Steelpan Player and former student of mine, if ever Dwain, Mackey and all the others do read this comment my respect to all.
