Unbelievably Pan has always been sweet, thus made music sweeter. See the fellahs and the gals renting a tile.

I believe that Mico Skair was the arranger, and Roy Harper the tuner.

This is a pretty good vintage album, but unfortunately there is no mention of the arranger, players or tuner on the album jacket.

Of course, the engineers and assistant engineers were credited.

I find this on many older pan albums, and it tells a lot about how pan people were perceived in those days.
