  • I never thought that some old 45 gallon drums, hammered and tuned and polished with a craftsman's hand, could bring out the spirit and beauty that I am hearing at this moment. I have been a singer for almost 70 years and now will make it my dedication to sing with a steel band before I'm transported to sing with the heavenly choir; which I suspect now has got to be a steel band.
