First of all R.I.P. to Karl Hudson Phillip ( a historic figure in the annals of Trinidad & Tobago).

These types of calypsos are not just classics but they are the historic voice of the nation that tells the true story, struggles, plight and humour of the people and the nation and told only as we are able to ( in Trini style) They will be around in the archives long after we too have gone.... good stuff

Calypso is the true history of the times. Interesting that this song can be opened now when the debate, Aloes and Bodyguard-False Papers is on the ground!
