Mosaic Steel Orchestra has three panyards throughout Hampton Roads, VA in the cities of Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk. Mosaic consist of a 20 member stage side and three Jr. groups serving over 100 youth annually. The orchestra was Established in 2007 by Dr. Anthony Hailey
