National School of Music Steel Orchestra - Guyana Panorama 2014 - Videos

The National School of Music[Guyana] Steel Orchestra has given me a surprise ,those instruments I do presume are from T&T the land of the God Given Gift,,the Steelpan,,it would be a very good thing for the Berbice New Amsterdam District to be in possession of such instruments also,,for in the earlier years there was the Berbice High School Steelband,,the Arrowhead Steelband owned by an Indian Guyanese/.American namely Dianand ,,the PNC Hasselers Steel Orchestra all of which was made by myself,, then there was the Penguin Soundwaves made by Philbert Moore well tuned Instruments with a different sound/Tone and the Peoples Militia Steelband stationed at the Central Police Station Compound made by Calvin White ,those were in 1970,s unto the 1980,s not forgetting the New Amsterdam Fire Station Steelband in the year 1968 which was my first experience and exposure to the Lovable and God Gifted Instrument Pan,returning the Steelpan to the Berbice District would be a just cause for all of the youths and others that are lovers of this Instrument.congrats to the Guyana national School of Music Steel Orchestra.,
