Sure, if it was shot with a camera, it needed a tripod. But I don't think it was. It looks to me like cell phone coverage, and brilliantly done.
The photographer did an amazing job of staying on subject and holding the phone as still as possible. This is light years better than any of the other cell phone coverage stuff I've seen on WST. The kids looked like they were enjoying the piece too, and the whole thing came off, I thought, very well.
Looking forward to seeing more of the SV junior competition.
