  • Swanee, Theme from Porgy and Bess (1965) to be added to the list.Pretty certain there's a few more.

This was the tune in 1964, which made me decide that I must join the band after pushing pan for two days and listening to Bullpistle Gang, Phospherine and Ballet Music.Ray Holman was (and maybe still is) the best when converting classics to calypso tempo.He had many more such as Acceleration Waltz,Ascot Garrot,Orpheus in Hades,Tales of the Vienna Woods, The Final Waltz,I'll Be A fool For Rachmaninoff,Sweet Charity, Symphony 40,on the pop side Uncle Albert, The popular Penny Lane, You Got Your Troubles I got Mine and the lists goes on.....
