So I guess tempo and the issue of "Carnival Spirit" does not apply in the medium band category......
It's all Bull......!! in my opinion ...speed should have nothing to do with anything esp carnival spirit unless all songs produced during carnival are fast paced which is nonsense. Music is music a great performance is just that .This arrangement makes 2 songs that won Panorama without regards to speed...(1) Nutones - High Mas (2) Steel Xplosion - Radica ...... what........?
