  • I loved the arrangement and of course the execution. They did not disappoint me but then I am an All Stars fanatic. Smooth and All Stars. They are just great together.

  • LOVE THEM ALL

  • Last years prelims from Allstars was definitly a cut above but 2013's a drop down, the tune has potential the band sounds great. Maybe, the wosrt that can happen now is that there don't advance to quarters, everyone knows that is impossible.Point is, to stay in the top points and build a momentum, feel out the tune and improve on the overall arrangement, especially the intro, it needs much more spunk, the tune pics up after about 0:4:30 min that is not good.Top to bottom excitement guys, rite now I" oh! We are on a three-peat, don't let us down. The sweet harmonious sound it there tho, I'll be waiting for more

  • Listen to the slow version.

Quite in NY I hear the cow bell count start to finsh music like rain and we look like GOLD and we sound like GOLD....  Town say they never thought prelims to finals a band could execute at such a high level.... Smooth, Terry.... and Soulae is GOLD and ALL STARS Bounce and Drive to the HATTRICK  and they Sound like GOLD and they look like GOLD .... ALL STARS and Smooth is GOLD .... Nigel is the best Drill Master in the whole wide world and he have the band sounding like GOLD  with  BOUNCE AND Drive

  • daniel, okay ... i'll go down to the 3rd man boundary... lol! but seriously, i agree with sweet eustace that they sound better on audio... but i'll need to let it grow on me some more ...  i just came back here from the audio tracks, using headphones... i loved harmonites right away, also renegades. but all the bands seem to have some work to do yet....  birdsong is playing now and they sound very good too.... but old-style panorama it a'int.... not like harmonites.... nor renegades.... i guess steelband is moving off in all directions all at the same time... but for right now i'll chill with birdsong and hopefully drop off to sleep...

  • Showtime was in a long season This is a short season the tune finish Monday morning  2am do me a favor play it back to back with headphones you need to hear the belly of the tune not the perimeter Large is large came to life finals night for a lot of folks but belivers knew the power of the tune from semis ask Eddie Quarless the first time he heard it in the Savannah he could not believe how good the tune was

  • @Daniel L

I do not doubt All Stars are the best band in the world, however you have to listen to what is provided at the time and not the potential of the tune. From the moment I heard Show Time I know it was a winner… Head Phones or not. When it is truly a masterpiece in the making you can feel it in your soul. This just feels like 2 minutes of melody and the rest as filler runs. I know smooth is a Master but even they get it wrong from time to time. Large is Large.. Case in point.!!!!

  • SF this is panorama not cricket the tune was recorded in the panyard what you doing fielding in the Oval or somewhere in the Dry River that hour of the night. You not only miss the melody you miss the whole performance and the tune

  • To really enjoy this you MUST play with headphones. You have to appreciate the recording is not the best. Microphones  were NOT strategically placed inside the band. In addition i will like to suggest you play the tune it back to back a few times to appreciate all the music Smooth Terry and Nigel  is GOLD and ALL Stars is the best Steel Orchestra is the whole wide world
