I have listened again, how did this band not place first in 2013?

The more I listen to this arrangement I am convinced there is no way 5 points seperated the two bands All Stars arrangement was defnitely better than the band that came out on top I same no more listen to the arrangement for two or three times back to back

This is pan trivia for you all. All Stars have now won $6,700,000 from 2007 through 2013 in Panorama prize monies and is the only Steel Orchestra to place in the top-three in those 7 years.

Now this is my trivia question. Desperadoes established a sort of record in 1977, that was broken by All Stars in 2013.

What sort of record?
