The steelpan, an instrument with a large range, can give us a full orchestra and can do lots. So says, musician Chantal Esdelle. In an exclusive interview with TTT News, she said the national instrument has been a source of therapy for thousands in Trinidad and Tobago and should be central to any programme meant to address social ills.
