Yes folks, just as Salah has said.
A normal Panorama and a normal Panorama run down the barbaegreen.
The 03:00 pm star is no problem; normal Panorama again.
24 bands at 22 minutes a slot = 528 minutes = ~ 8 hours 45 minutes
With some chat at the start; The show should end about mid-night 30.
All normal Panorama.

Each foreign band is assigned a pan yard with full access to all equipment and facilities. ...not enough time to be on line to keep the conversation. ...but all is well and moving on ...as pan will do....

An educated guess would be they borrow the stands from the bands they were assigned too.
Setting up as a large stage side will take too long. Just my opinion.
