At the risk of being critizied for my out burst of concern,
I would like to express my disappointment for the unsatisfactory level of service we have been receiving from Pan Trinbago.. I have been expecting much more from a what I once believed to be prestigious and reputed organanization with great standards. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this open letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. Here it is Panorama season and we (some bands) are in the dark of where we stand. The never-ending confusion that have contiuosly been hampering progress, could have been resolved if factions of pros and cons took into consideration the youths, communities, and our Nation's pride of the national instrument they are affecting.
I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances and a workable plan should be put in place. I trust ,that it must be the top prorioty to be dealt in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. However after all the waiting for Pan Trinbago and the opposition to put things in the right prospective seems like an un-reachable goal. I have always believed that if it isn't broke don't fix it, but...........
Todds Road Rhythem Raide Steel Orchestra like other bands have paid dues, and what have we gotten? Zip, nothing, nada, zero, but year after year we faithfully gotten ready to perform, even with the reduced rewards that are bestowed to us.
I request that a vote to provide an immediate replacement of those (excecs)who are not looking out for the best interest of our our bands or arrange for an indepentent party to seek a full credable solution to this travesty, and trust that they will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future hoping you(all bands organizations) agree with me that this would be acceptable under these circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. And get back to the actions that once made the movement something to be proud of. My band is only 4 years old, and have been told by tuners, arrangers and bands that I don't know what I am doing,.I speak openly because my loyalty is to the constitution of Pan Trinbago Inc. Not those who were voted to do "the right things for us"
I would once again like to express my disappointment of the condition of the product that pan trinbago is half a** providing..
My concers are about the excecs, and the opposition that are not putting things in the right prospective for a solution that will benifit "ALL"! Just an oppinion...

Pan Trinbago has also aided and abetted panmen and women in defrauding the government for years...are you expressing disappointment about that too Mr Will?
I have been saying that most of the influential pan people in T&T - top tuners , arrangers etc. and others like truckers etc. benefit from the status quo ,
Do we think that they really want change ?
So I'll say it in Trini talk :
"Allyuh keep talking bout Diaz and Scobie and Pan Trinbago , but dem eh de only people getting to eat a food , dat is why all ah dem keeping dey mout shut ! "
Blessings to all... it's such a sad state in the Steelband Fraternity., and most of it in my HUMBLE opinion, is due to lack of proper leadership in steelbands. Echoing somewhat what Mr. Glenroy commented, no one speaks out (Bandleaders, Arrangers, Tuners, etc.) maybe because it infringes on what they may be benefiting from., either that or they just don't have the backbone (more so Bandleaders)or understanding in fighting for their rights,.. and by the way, this even pertains to steelbands in North America, in my HUMBLE opinion.
I am on the ground soliciting signatures and i must say, that some people who i thought would not even entertain the thought because of their relationship with the president have already signed. It is happening, not as fast as i like but thank god for small mercies.

Make sure you post those signatures here and on all over the "internets" as George Bush called it.. Pan communities all over the world and beyond don't want Rolly Polly to visit them. One gangsta paradise in Pan is enough. The galactic federation of pan does not want Rolly Polly to break that tight diet that the Good Doctor has him on.
