Tickets went on sale at all National Lotteries Outlets earlier this week. Ticket prices are $200.00 each if you purchase before July 14th.Tickets bought after that date would be $300.00 each. I am encouraging all EXPATS who LOVE THE PAN to buy two tickets (send down some money) for your brothers, sisters, ex-lovers, children, mothers, fathers and cousins or whomever -- to see the show.
It is imperative that this show draws a SIZEABLE CROWD -- if not MASSIVE.
We always talking about NO PAN SHOWS outside of PANORAMA. Well, some steelband leaders stepped forward to add PAN to the entertainment calendar IN A BIG WAY (A BIG 5 WAY). So stretch your hands across the waters and make sure that this show is a GRAND SUCCESS in whatever way you can from whatever distance you are.

Well, I am seeing the show as a SUCCESS with enough incentive to have one or two CONCERTS every year heading into the future. The TOP FIVE BANDS putting on a SHOW in the middle of summer in the MECCA, trying to expand the performance playing field. I hope they do a nice video and then send a copy to WST so that we could all enjoy it and look forward to more concerts from them.
Ah thought that is what everybody was clamouring for on this FORUM for years -- MORE PAN IN THE MECCA!!! And furthermore, allyuh MUSICAL GENIUS composing the THEME SONG for the Foundation and dropping the BOMB in the savannah that night. PAN HISTORY right in front allyuh eyes!!!

My band has an engagement on the night of the Big 5 show so I won't be there....At any rate I refuse to support any event that any of the Big 5 at anyway. I kinda tired hear them. Time to showcase "unknown" bands...and there are quite a few that remain active after carnival.
Well follow through with an UNKNOWN BANDS festival. What is to stop you???
I think that 14th-15th $100 price hike was a bad idea.
A decision like this could be the difference between success and failure, then yuh complain that pan people only like free ting.
