KEITH DIAZ'S VICTORY

Judgements in any jurisdiction may not be affected or influenced by what or whom is right or wrong, as much as it may be by the weight and articulation of legal arguments presented in the spirit  of the law, the intent of the framers of the law under review, as opposed to the letter, the literal interpretation of the words of the said law, the law under review being the empowerment of Pan Trinbago in the matter of Panorama gate receipts (Thanks to a Panday government  decision taken in 1997). The foregoing statement is subject to correction by legal luminaries, as I being "Ah Bush Lawyer" (an opinion advocated on this forum by "Mr. Clud"  educated, big boy, fresh water yankee pardner Tony previously), and a proud country bookie, can only make a presumption.

Diaz may have been more successful than any of his detractors may be inclined to admit, as in the first instance the significant disparity in gate receipts under the NCC's watch and Pan Trinbago's previous declarations is cause for major concern. The NCC's lawyer may very well have taken the NCC down a dead end road in this matter.

I may have read somewhere that Pan Trinbago did not win anything, with that sentiment I disagree. I would agree that the most skillful politician alive (also sometimes referred to as the greatest), may now have proven the be the G.O.A.T, outmaneuvering both the NCC and the CIP, and firmly entrenching himself in a position to take full advantage of,

  • All the support he will get from a government that appears to be struggling, and will grasp at any straw of support they can hold on to, considering their unpopularity at midterm.
  • The love the french creoles who yield the real power in the government have for the show to which I make reference.

Panmen are gullible, and no Panorama, not unlike no Christmas, is unpardonable. The "Savannah Party" must go on. I know of a man who does not like Panorama (no one know to you forum), the only reason which he will not honestly state being, "he lorse he gyul in ah Panorama".

  1. I anxiously await the fat lady's song.

Will it be Keith Diaz chanting instead?

  • What is a "fresh water Yankee"?

  • Cecil Hinkson has indicated that Ramesh (Ramesh Maharaj S.C.) represented Keith Diaz (Pan Trinbago), which means that, Diaz's legal arguments were presented and articulated in The Spirit of The Law, by The One Who Framed The Law giving Pan Trinbago authority to collect gate receipts at Panorama, and with whom the intent of the law could not have been disputed by the sitting judge.  While The NCC was represented by an attorney who could only have argued their position on his Literal Interpretation of The Wording of The Law. This proves Claude Gonzales' theory to be correct, Keith Diaz is undoubtedly The Most Skillful Politician anywhere on earth, and The NCC were always bound to lose. It also tells me that The NCC was  all along wasting valuable, scare resources spinning top in mud (and they should answer for squandering taxpayers money), while the CIP was taking its followers down a path in blinders.

So Keith Diaz sits on a board which

    1. Did not have the power to appoint his as an individual to it.
    2. And may be powerless to have him removed from it for the duration of its life span.
    3. He beat to a frazzle in the courts of law.

Having won this landmark victory  may make it extremely difficult for anyone to put a spoke in Diaz's wheel, at least for the upcoming Panorama.

    Poor Aquil.

    Poor Gregory.

What these two gentlemen should understand, is that the year following the framing of the law in 1977 that has allowed Pan Trinbago to whip The NCC in court, in 1998. Ramesh as AG was responsible for presenting the legal arguments for the prosecution which concluded with ten (10) men being hanged in three days.

They have my blessings, but not my sympathy. (LMAO)

As much as Rolly Polly seeks and craves respectability, he is a bandit at heart. And bandits do bandit like things. He reminds me of another gangsta from Queens, NY who can'i get away from Russia or his past even though he has relocated to Washington DC.

Remember it was College Boy who turned on the lights, released secret documents, controlled the narrative, turned states witness and said "I know where the bodies are buried".  One has to believe that College Boy's story will be greater than the one Omarosa says she has.

Seems like the Rolly Polly is playing checkers and the Doctor is playing chess while knowing exactly how many moves before checkmate.

  • Russell: You have me on the edge of making more enemies on this forum. THE CIP people hate for me to agree with ANYBODY outside of the CIP ESTABLISHMENT. They want me to be a "YES MAN" for the CIP. But as you might surmise, I cannot cage up myself politically. For example: I supported BILL CLINTON and then I supported DONALD TRUMP. So you could come to your own conclusions.

But let me get down to the main discussion here!!! This is a FABULOUS POSTING that you just put up here!!! The only problem is that 99.9 of the posters on this forum will NEVER EVER walk down the road you are paving on this topic (and have been hinting at in previous recent postings). With all the references to CRITICAL THINKING you see on this forum, on this particular topic it is only REFLEXIVE early POLITICAL CONDITIONING you are going to find here.

So my advice to you is to just KEEP TURNING up the CARDS without expecting too much EXPANSION of your ideas. Of course there is a SILENT MINORITY who will read this topic and thoroughly enjoy your REAL TRINIDADIAN INSIGHTS. But they will not want to come and pitch any MARBLES in this ring.

Somehow I think that you understand me -- which will make them CIP MEN even more ANGRY at me!!!

You have the POLITICS CORK, though!!!

  • Ramesh is Pan Trinbago lawyer, I'm incline to believe Daiz has benefited from his advice.
