More food for thought....

The thing is my friends , many of us are looking for shortcuts , but there are none.
There is only one remedy , and that is elections in accordance with the established rules .
And btw , having been a member of executive boards on occasion , most organizations indemnify executive board members from mistakes of judgement , negligence , contractual liability etc.
Executive board members are held harmless for just about everything except misconduct , illegal actions or acting in bad faith .
In other words , executives are protected from everything except criminal activity, and mismanagement of funds isn't necessarily criminal.
So they are virtually untouchable legally except for obvious criminal activity.
I would bet that the executives of an organization such as PT would have such legal protection as individuals, so using the courts to rush the process may prove futile.
And the corporation of Pan Trinbago also has the right to protect itself legally , using the assets of the organization ( pan people's money , as some would say)
So the current executives of Pan Trinbago are going nowhere , unless voted out , and legally they have that right.

Unless , of course there are  other options that I'm unaware of..

  • I am in agreement with you for the most part except, from my reading of Article 13 of PT's Constitution, Officers of the Association may be disciplined for certain offences.

  • Glenroy Desperation setting in with the CIP, they are not talking election again, the went to physically remove Photo from office. The way I see it is he has until the next election.
