You must know that CIP has been doing all of those constantly,since it's inception (March)
Some notable posters,(unlike CIP members who have to take care of their bands numerous issues) have time like goobar, to sit at their keyboards and mauvelang all and sundry......a luxury many Steelband leaders would cherish,unfortunately for them, ole talk doesn't provide a steelband, with a panyard,pans,racks,etc,etc,etc.
CIP therefore would have been surprised if there wasn't the expected negative "Ole talk"......Trini Expats just living in foreign,but a cat living in an oven,is not a bread.
Be advised that within CIP are members of the BIG 5 Foundation.
Hopefully more bandleaders would see the light that the Big 5 has brought to bear on the Steelband product.

(I don't know what light the BIG 5 shine or brought to bear on the Steelband product. So far they announced the resurrection of a foundation -- formed in 2010 -- and they followed up with a press conference and they hired six consultants and they having a show/concert on the 22nd of January. That is still light years away from INTERNATIONAL.)
People should know better than throwing dey hands up in the air and celebrating success too soon. The truth is, however, that if you look at it through a mature political lens: THE CIP IS DEAD!!!

The NEW VISIONARIES and the UPPM and the CIP (and Doctor Dolly) have NO PRODUCT. On the other hand the BIG 5 got more music than TRINIDAD GOT CRIME. If the BIG 5 STEELBANDS go back to the studio with about 30 good players they could reproduce two PANORAMA HITS each with some good engineering (and add two other tunes from two other bands -- PAN IN DANGER and one other) they could have a boss REPRESENTATIVE CD of PANORAMA and KEITH DIAZ will have ZERO RIGHTS to the music. Then they send me the CD and if it meets my listening expectations I will join them in MARKETING the music. That is just one example!!! There are many other things they could do.
Don't forget that they have access to sponsors with business brains and $$$$.
What the CIP and UPPM and NEW VISIONARIES and the MINISTER OF CULTURE have to bring to the table?
If yuh colluding with PUTIN and you ask him the answer is ничто and if yuh looking at EL CHAPO the answer is NADA!!!
And for the record, Mr. Richards, doh side with BUGS against me again -- ah doh like dat!!!
Imagine if TERROR did live to see where PAN REACH TODAY. And where the BIG 5 could take it tomorrow if they include some EXPATS on their CONSULTING COMMITTEE.
Yuh eh see how Bunji and FAYE ANN hook up with ah EXPAT and acting in movie and ting. EXPATS could do MIRACLES for the BIG 5 if the BIG 5 really want to go INTERNATIONAL.

Much respected Claude. appreciate your response, The ISF have the tools to be successful, Music, Sponsors, $$$ and help from the EXPATS. On the other hand Bugs may maybe suffering from a serious concussion now..
Earl it is true that I have been under the weather these last couple of weeks - suffering from a bad case Golden State migraine. Too much "Curry" and "KD" pepper.
However, we should look at the sequence of events that brought Buji and Faye-Ann to this point.
Bunji amd Fay-Ann drop out of Soca Monarch competition accusing promoter of corruption.
They drop internationally flavored tune - "Differntology" (NBA uses it as theme music among others)
