Pan Trinbago Inc. has received the Players’ Remittance Cheques.

According to Keith Diaz, President, Pan Trinbago collected the cheques earlier today from the National Carnival Commission.

He said that the cheques will be given to the Regional Chairmen for distribution to the various steelbands on Monday 4th September 2017.

Steelbands can collect the cheques at their respective Regional offices during business hours.

These monies represent outstanding payment to steelpan players from the National Panorama Competitions earlier this year.

Just recently, when questioned about the outstanding monies/stipend owed to the pan players, the Minister of Community Development, Culture and The Arts, promised that “the money will be disbursed at the end of August.”

  • So did the PAN MEN get their checks? Was it $500 or $1000? We need some kind of update from the CIP.

  • Hopefully this time the cheques would not bounce this time around

    • There is a shortage of steel........and rubber too.
  • Days late and dollars short. Errrr what the hell.
  • Mr. Gonzales, maybe you should consider getting tickets for Rolly Polly and the gangstas to Russia.  A pan terrorist just got arrested in Brooklyn. Her rap sheet isn't a fraction as long as Rolly Polly.
