If the 50,000 members on WHENSTEELTALKS who sincerely love the PAN want to see ANY GLOBAL PROGRESS -- they certainly CANNOT leave it to the LOCAL PAN COMMUNITY.
JUST LOOK AT THE FACTS ON THE GROUND.
And read the articles that ODW just POST and tell me how THAT CULTURE could DOVETAIL into the GLOBAL PAN MOVEMENT.
CIP got a GOOD HEART but they are DECADES removed from TAKING PAN TO THE WORLD!!! Or even organizing the PAN MOVEMENT IN TRINIDAD for that matter.

I totally agree with all the points made in your post however I'm hoping the reason you're seeing KD in charge in 2020 is because your crystal ball is broken and stuck on an image of everything remaining 'AS IS'

PAN MEN are not going to sit and read lengthy documents setting out codes of behavior on how to conform to so some experimental management techniques. Nor are PAN MEN going to be running from Arima to Port-of-Spain to San Fernando to attend TOWN HALL MEETINGS.
KEITH DIAZ is going to do the LONG DRIVING and personally visit every PAN YARD in Trinidad with a simple messages that the PAN MEN can understand while bearing a few gifts that were discussed in previous postings.
And VICTORY will be assured in 2018. However, the (extremely functional) CRYSTAL BALL reveals that he will NOT SERVE the FULL TERM through 2021.
