Brian, just saw your inquiry re: Culture. The version by "Happy" was overlooked in 2000 on his brilliant, timeless CD.  Like you, I was hoping Raf would do it this year with Birdsong since it is his composition.

Beautiful music,not sure of it being a tune for Panorama though but I guess that'll depend on the arranger.Congrats Raf.

Nice version of this great tune done in 2000 by David "Happy" Williams on his CD - Ping Pong Obsession with a slightly different name - That's The Culture.  Good for all seasons.
